Your tasks: 📌

  • Finalize the new hire onboarding process in the EHRS system, ensuring all employee information and required details are complete and accurate.

  • Plan, prepare, and conduct new hire orientation, including HR policies, benefits information, timekeeping expectations, payroll-related information, and required employment documentation.

  • Provide administrative support for all employee benefit programs, including enrollments, changes, qualifying life events, open enrollment, 401(k), HSA/FSA-related administration, and maintenance of benefit records.

  • Assist employees with day-to-day HR questions and provide timely guidance regarding benefits, HR processes, policies, time and attendance, payroll-related questions, and other employee needs; coordinate with the appropriate resource when additional assistance is required.

  • Serve as an administrator for time and attendance by reviewing records for completeness and accuracy, assisting employees and supervisors with corrections, and helping ensure timekeeping deadlines are met.

  • Coordinate payroll-related information with the Payroll Manager, including time and attendance data, employee changes, deductions, benefit updates, and other documentation needed for accurate payroll processing.

  • Assist with FMLA and other leave administration duties, including providing required forms, maintaining documentation and tracking records, communicating routine information to employees, and supporting required follow-up under the direction of HR leadership.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential personnel, medical, I-9, benefit, training, and other HR records in accordance with company procedures and applicable recordkeeping requirements.

  • Maintain and update employee rosters, directories, HR system information, benefit information, job titles, wage information, emergency contacts, training records, and other employee data as assigned.

  • Assist with employee benefit questions and issues, including helping employees connect with benefit carriers or representatives when additional support is needed.

  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute HR forms, reports, correspondence, and other administrative documentation.

  • Support employee status changes, terminations, and other HR administrative processes as assigned.

  • Assist with the coordination and support of employee engagement events and activities.

  • Assist with special HR projects and perform other related duties as requested to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Your profile: 🔎

  • Previous administrative or Human Resources experience preferred; experience in a manufacturing or similar work environment is a plus.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required. Strong Microsoft Excel abilities are preferred, including comfort working with spreadsheets, formulas, sorting/filtering, and organizing HR or payroll-related data.

  • Experience with HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, ERP, or benefits systems preferred.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
