Your tasks: 📌

  • Process multiple regular cycles accurately and on schedule, including hourly, salaried, overtime and shift-related pay elements as applicable.

  • Review and validate timekeeping data, pay changes, bonuses, commissions, deductions and other payroll inputs before processing.

  • Maintain accurate employee records in the payroll system and HRIS, including new hires, terminations, transfers, job changes, and status updates.

  • Administer payroll deductions, wage garnishments, tax withholdings, and benefit-related deductions in coordination with HR and Finance.

  • Reconcile payroll registers, identify exceptions and support corrections before payroll is finalized.

  • Prepare reoccurring payroll reports and support month-end, quarter- end, year-end payroll activities.

  • Respond to employee payroll questions in a timely professional and confidential manner.

Your profile: 🔎

  • Associate's degree in accounting or business and or equivalent work experience.

  • HRIS knowledge preferred such as Paylocity, UKG or Paychex.

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in payroll, preferably in manufacturing.

  • Independent worker with ERP and Microsoft Office Skills.
