Your tasks: 📌

  • Take all job photos for the in-process and final shipping and upload to proper location.

  • Review and confirm all items shipping match the job BOM from engineering.

  • Review and confirm all shipping items and packaging are labeled and detailed on box/skid and packaging list.

  • Collect and review all job checklists for completeness prior to shipping.

  • Assist in Shipping and receiving department.

  • Co-ordinate outgoing shipments with Traffic Department.

  • Work directly with multiple departments to assist with NCR reporting System.

  • Document non-conformities both internal and suppliers.

  • Assist in root cause investigation.

Your profile: 🔎

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • 1 year of manufacturing experience required; preferably with an ISO certified company.

  • Strong background in Microsoft software, Excel, Word, and Power Point.

  • Ability to Read Manufacturing drawings.

  • Photography experience a plus.
